As a fitness instructor, Dr. Sheba leads small and large groups through various fitness routines and boot camps focusing on total body strength, condition and HIIT (High Intense Interval Training). Dr. Sheba can lead workouts at seminars or events, or for your group or organization. She travels to various cities to lead workouts and workshops.
Dr. Sheba is trained in the world renowned P90X® format.
P90X® LIVE is a group-focused total-body strength and cardio class that incorporates proven principles from personal training and functional strength coaching. It combines a variety of exercise techniques, including strength training, cardio, plyometrics, and stretching. The workouts are predesigned and taught in blocks of Cardio, Upper, Lower, and Core. They include an extensive variety of fat-burning, muscle-perfecting moves that produce steady, continuing results.
